After years of curating unforgettable parties, cross-country adventures, and high-vibe moments for ourselves and our favorite people, we realized something: women deserve better than Google Docs, group chat chaos, and Pinterest overwhelm.

 

So we created a new kind of planning experience: one that’s luxury without the ego, detailed without the stress, and always rooted in fun.

Ashley is the heart of structure and strategy behind She Plans Vegas. A newlywed, former sales leader, and natural-born planner, she brings a calming presence to the chaos of celebration planning.

Ashley loves designing smooth, detail-packed itineraries that still leave room for spontaneous magic. She’s the kind of planner who thinks about how your dress will look against the backdrop, how many outlets your suite has, and whether you’ll need a backup brunch spot before you even think to ask.

A connector by nature and creative at heart, she’s the go-to for designing moodboards that actually match your group chat energy. From designing the perfect welcome moment to hyping you up with outfit inspo, she makes every detail feel effortless and extra special.

      She’s the one scouting the best rooftop brunches, vibey Airbnbs, and TikTok-famous photo ops, all while making sure your weekend feels like you on your best day. Whether you’re the bride, the bestie, or the birthday babe, Linnea’s planning style is all about bringing joy, confidence, and a little glitter to your experience.

Need an extra bestie for the weekend? Our Hire a Bridesmaid service gives you a dedicated She Plans Vegas girl who steps in wherever you need her. We’ll play the role of honorary bridesmaid; helping with glam, holding the bride’s stuff, keeping the group on time, and being the hype-woman every bride deserves.

What’s included:

  • Bridal assistant + hype girl (think carrying shoes, fixing veils, pouring champagne)

  • Group wrangling so the bride doesn’t have to

  • Emergency kit on hand (safety pins, hairspray, blotting papers, Advil, etc.)

  • Photo & video content capture on iPhone for behind-the-scenes moments

  • Calm energy + fun vibes when things get hectic
